We are looking for a Documentation Technician for a project related to facility information concerning heating and cooling. The role involves quality assurance, structuring, and migrating technical documentation to a document management system.

You will become part of a team working closely with the business operations to ensure that facility data is correct, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

• Quality assurance of technical documentation

• Migrate documentation from server to document management system

• Structure and organize facility information

• Support the team with documentation-related matters

• Ensure that drawings and technical specifications are up to date

• Correct and quality-assured documentation

• Structured and searchable facility information

• Completed migration to document management system

• Updated drawings and technical specifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD

• Knowledge of Master Concept

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

• 1–3 years of experience in technical documentation

• Ability to work independently on defined tasks

• Detail-oriented and structured

• High quality awareness
