Are you a person with knowledge of archive and information management? Do you enjoy structure, service, and varied tasks? Then the position of Archivist/Administrator at the County Museum might be for you!
As an Archivist/Administrator, you handle the County Museum's operational documents in both analog and digital archives, from incoming documents to final archiving. You ensure that laws and guidelines are followed, provide support and service within the operations, and contribute your expertise to develop structures, routines, and processes in the field.
A large part of the duties also involves daily management of the County Museum's registry/diary as well as administrative support to the management, board, and operation-related foundations and funds.
The position involves both independent work and close collaboration with other functions. You will become part of the secretariat, which is responsible for the County Museum's combined operations within finance, HR, secretariat, official archives, communication, as well as property and IT. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues working with the County Museum's historical archives.

The position is a permanent full-time employment (40 hours/week), starting with a 6-month probationary period. Start date by agreement.

Jönköping County Museum is an art and cultural history museum that makes the cultural heritage of the county accessible to everyone. In the heart of Jönköping, in a characteristic building by architect Carl Nyrén, visitors meet exhibitions in halls with light and space. The museum buildings also house archives, storage, a comprehensive image archive, and an atelier for painting conservation.
