About the Role
We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client Celsius, a Merchandiser (sales picker) for the Jönköping/Skövde district.
This is a fantastic opportunity for you who want to start or further develop your career in sales and retail. The role is particularly suitable for you who want to grow long-term; there are good opportunities for development, increased responsibility, and future career steps for the right person.
In this role, you are the face of Celsius and work actively to strengthen and develop the brand at the customer site. You are responsible for your district and build long-term relationships with stores through presence, dialogue, and a clear sales focus.
You work independently with sales and exposure, while collaborating closely with the team in a culture that encourages engagement, responsibility, and personal development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and develop relationships with store staff and decision-makers
- Present campaigns and suggest new display solutions
- Conduct needs analyses and work towards set budget goals
- Work with product picking and ensure correct in-store display
- Drive and follow up on campaigns and activities
About You
The role suits you if you are passionate about sales and relationship building. You thrive in an independent role where you take ownership and work purposefully towards clear results. You preferably have previous experience, for example in grocery retail, but even those at the beginning of their sales career are welcome to apply.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is self-motivated, engaged, and goal- and result-oriented
- Has good collaboration skills and is receptive in interactions with others
- Is confident, responsible, and has a strong service mindset
- Has an easy time making contacts and building long-term relationships
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish. Basic knowledge of English is an advantage
Requirements for the position:
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Residing in Jönköping or Skövde
Employment: Consultancy assignment, probation period applies
Start date: Immediately or by agreement
Hours: Full-time
Location: Jönköping/Skövde
Other: The position includes a company car, mobile phone, computer, and other necessary work equipment
