We are looking for a Project Coordinator for a company in Jönköping. Start date is according to agreement. This is a temporary assignment for 6 months to begin with.

About the role As a project coordinator, you will work closely with the project team and contribute to driving projects forward in a structured and efficient manner. You will be responsible for identifying, following up, and resolving minor obstacles in the projects, as well as ensuring a smooth workflow.

The role involves managing 1 larger or 2 smaller projects in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and drive projects forward

• Follow up on activities and identify areas for improvement

• Ensure that projects proceed according to plan

• Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders

• Take initiative and actively work on problem-solving

Your background We prefer that you have a technical background, as it facilitates understanding of the overall projects. Examples of backgrounds may include: • Mechanical Engineering • Logistics • Industrial Economics • Other relevant technical education • Industrial experience and experience in project work is an advantage

This is a 100% consulting assignment via Incluso in Jönköping. Start date is according to agreement, a 6-month temporary assignment to begin with, with the possibility of extension thereafter. Initially, work will be on-site during the introduction, after which there is an opportunity for hybrid work (about 2 days/week on-site).
