About the role

We are looking for a service-minded and responsible onsite technician for a long-term assignment with our global client in Jönköping. Here, you will be an important part of an organization that works daily to create a safer and more secure society for everyone. As an onsite technician, you are a key part of the local on-site support team and work closely with end-users. You ensure that the IT environment runs smoothly, handling everything from computers, printers, and conference rooms to providing technical support where it is most needed. The work takes place on-site at the client's offices in the Jönköping area, so a valid driver's license (Category B) and flexibility to travel within Västra Götaland are required. Our client is a leading company operating in security-critical areas, where you contribute to a safer society. The work environment is characterized by collaboration, diversity, and high competence. This is a 12-month consultancy assignment where you will be employed by Cleverex Bemanning. In the long term, there is an opportunity to be hired directly by the client.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to users, including assistance with printers, conference rooms, and computers
• Install and deliver computers, phones, and accessories
• Document cases and create user-friendly instructions
• Perform systematic troubleshooting and respond to operational disruptions
• Support colleagues and end-users with technical expertise, with a special focus on service and accessibility

Your profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has completed upper secondary education, preferably with a technical focus
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
• Has experience with IT support/on-site support and documentation in case management systems
• Has experience from larger organizations with complex IT environments

You are curious, engaged, and thrive in a role where you help others succeed in their daily work. We believe you are a person who enjoys collaborating, sharing knowledge, and communicating easily with different types of people. Structure and flexibility are important to you. This position requires you to pass a security clearance in accordance with the Security Protection Act. The role requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance procedures applicable at the time. For positions with our client, security classification requirements may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
