Job Responsibilities

As a coordinator, you are a key person with a very varied range of tasks. In the role of coordinator, you are a support person for the unit managers at Solbacken. You are the administrative support for the unit managers, responsible for, among other things, planning daily staffing, recruiting substitutes, and operational management. You will work in various computer systems, which requires good computer skills. You should be knowledgeable about the operation's economy and work for good quality and a good working environment.

Start date: According to agreement.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are solution-focused and can work independently, are flexible and confident, and have the ability to organize based on economic and operational needs. We see that you have the ability to work proactively and to see both details and the whole picture. Together with the unit manager, you should motivate the staff group to work towards set goals. Basic computer knowledge is a requirement, as well as proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. We are looking for you who have at least a high school education assessed as relevant for the assignment. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a coordinator or in other equivalent work. We place great importance on personal suitability.
