Are you looking for a challenging and meaningful role as a Union Lawyer at LO-TCO Rättsskydd AB? We are the legal bureau for the trade union movement. Here, you will have the opportunity to help individuals when their need for assistance is greatest. Our office is located in modern premises at Hammarbybacken 27, where we work in private offices.

We are now seeking a Union Lawyer for our Insurance Law Unit. The main responsibilities include handling disputes as legal representatives in administrative courts, as well as representing members in disputes regarding entitlement to compensation from collectively bargained insurance policies and, to some extent, traffic accident insurance.

We are looking for a skilled lawyer with good knowledge of personal injury law, social insurance law, administrative procedure, and/or tort law. It is important that you have strong communication skills and can explain and argue both orally and in writing. We particularly value candidates with experience in personal injury claims handling at insurance companies or with court experience.

We value independence and initiative, as well as engagement and the ability to make quick decisions. You must be able to build trust with individual members and union representatives.

Our collective competence is developed through daily knowledge sharing among the lawyers. Therefore, it is natural for you to contribute collegially to the unit's development. To strengthen this collaboration, we primarily work on-site at the office – where all employees also have their own private offices. At the same time, we offer the possibility of working from home to a certain extent to create a good work-life balance.
