About the Role

As a sales-oriented insurance intermediary, you will become a key player in matching customer needs with the best insurance solutions. You will become part of an exciting initiative where the focus is on finding new private customers and building a strong customer base through cold calling. The role requires you to be quality-conscious, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and not be afraid of a challenge!

You will be part of a team of 9 insurance sales representatives where collaboration and team spirit are central. Before you take your first call, you will undergo certified insurance training and have full access to sales materials and coaching. You will have a dedicated team leader who supports you every day to ensure you feel secure in your new role.

Responsibilities

It is about listening, understanding, and guiding Lendo's insurance customers – not forcing anything on anyone that they don't need. Here is a glimpse of what you will do on a typical day:

📞 Contact cold customers via phone – people who know Lendo but do not currently have insurance.

💡 Conduct needs analyses and guide the customer to the right insurance solution.

🚀 Identify business opportunities and create added value for the customer.

🔍 You create security. Insurance can be difficult to understand, but you make it easy for the customer by explaining Lendo's insurance products in a simple and clear way.

🎯 Work with high phone activity and clear targets.

We are looking for you who

• Have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• Have experience in a service-oriented role and feel ready to take the first step into sales.
• Are communicative, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Speak and write fluent Swedish and have a good command of English.
