Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Verification & Validation Test Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Define and drive verification and validation strategies across projects and product changes.
• Develop comprehensive test plans covering all verification phases.
• Coordinate testing activities from early validation through user acceptance testing.
• Plan and manage testing resources including rigs, environments, and vehicles.
• Follow up on test execution and support issue prioritization and resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Coordinate responsibilities across multiple test domains and teams.
• Analyze test results and drive corrective actions.
• Improve verification methodologies and testing processes.
• Support virtual and software-driven verification approaches including softcar initiatives.
• Strengthen end-to-end quality and release readiness.
• Contribute to continuous process and delivery improvements.

What You Bring

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• University degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Strong experience leading verification and validation initiatives.
• Experience working with End-to-End testing or equivalent quality practices.
• Strong understanding of how product quality impacts overall service delivery.
• Domain knowledge within OEM connected services, telematics, transport solutions, and customer processes.
• Experience planning and coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with practical testing execution.
• Experience driving issue management and prioritization based on test outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish, written and spoken.
