RESPONSIBILITIES

As an IT Technician, you are responsible for configuring, installing, and quality-assuring computers and other IT equipment before they are delivered to the customer. You work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure that the equipment maintains high quality and is ready for immediate use upon delivery.

The tasks include, among other things:

• Configuration and installation of computers and IT equipment
• Installation of operating systems, drivers, and software
• Testing, functional control, and quality assurance
• Finalizing equipment according to customer requirements
• Basic troubleshooting and handling of technical issues

The role may also involve supporting operations within warehousing and production as needed.

PERSONAL QUALITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is handy, interested in technology, and has good computer skills
• Is detail-oriented, responsible, and works in a structured manner
• Has a positive attitude, thrives in a team environment, and is willing to learn new things

It is an advantage if you have experience with installing operating systems and drivers, and have basic knowledge of Windows environments (driver installations, etc.).

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of IT Technician is a full-time consultancy assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at our client's site.
