You will step into an organization within healthcare where information security is crucial for both regulatory compliance and operational capability. The role has a clear strategic focus and involves leading the implementation of technical, organizational, and administrative security measures to strengthen compliance with the Cyber Security Law (CSL). You will become a key player in advancing capabilities both strategically and operationally, creating structure in security work, and translating requirements into concrete initiatives. Here, you will combine project management, compliance, and security strategy in an operation where the right priorities make a real difference.

• You drive and lead the work of implementing security measures that support compliance with CSL.
• You take a leading role in developing information security capabilities at both strategic and operational levels.
• You translate legal requirements and governing principles into practical working methods, processes, and prioritized activities.
• You work closely with the business on matters concerning strategic information security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• You contribute to work related to GRC and GRC tool support.
• You support the implementation, auditing, and revision within ISO27000 as well as work within security protection and continuity management according to ISO22301.
• You operate in a role where you switch between leading initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and providing strategic support in security matters.

• Extensive experience (at least 5 years) in strategic information security work within regional/municipal sectors.
• Experience working with information security within healthcare.
• Experience working with GRC, including GRC tool support.
• Experience working with GDPR compliance.
• Experience with implementation, auditing, and revision within ISO27000.
• Experience working with security protection.
• Experience working with ISO22301, continuity management.
• Relevant education at least at the bachelor's level.

• Experience with the tool KLASSA.
• Experience with the tool Draftit.
• Experience with MSB Method Support for Information Security.
