Technician at Kassacentralen Växjö!

Are you a technician with an interest in IT looking for your next challenge? At Kassacentralen, we are opening a new office in Växjö and are now looking for a technician who wants to join our growth journey and develop together with us!

About the role

As a service technician, you will work on-site at our customers' locations, installing our payment solutions. You will also handle incoming cases and resolve issues that arise at customer sites. Additionally, you will provide customer support via phone.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
• Delivery of hardware to customers
• Basic support over the phone
• Logging cases in the CRM system
• Troubleshooting of products

The role begins with an introduction where you will gain knowledge about our systems and products. You will be based out of our office, and we provide a service vehicle for visiting customers. The role may also involve on-call duties with work during inconvenient hours.

Who are you?

The role involves significant customer contact, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys handling customers. To succeed in this role, you need good competence or experience in IT and technology. You are handy and able to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical education or equivalent competence
• A genuine interest in the IT field
• A desire to work with people and service
• Previous experience in similar roles
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have experience with routers/switches and previous work with networking.
