About the position

We are currently looking for hourly substitutes for a man in his 70s in Luleå for the summer. As his personal assistant, you will support him with everything from personal hygiene, household chores, and manual transfers from a wheelchair, to fun activities. Our client loves nature, so expect lovely excursions and sausage grilling this summer!

Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (Law on Support and Service for Certain Disability Groups). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with whatever arises in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves safeguarding the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributing to a smooth daily routine. Each assistance is uniquely adapted to the client's life, so tasks may vary depending on the workplace.

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for you who are sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you and the client.

Requirements for the position:

• Valid B driver's license (manual transmission) as you will be driving the client's car for work
• Good proficiency in Swedish

Working hours, degree of employment, and salary

We are currently looking for you who want to work as an hourly substitute this summer, with a good chance of extension even after the summer. The employment form is an "hourly employment", which means work on an as-needed basis, but since there are some vacant shifts with our client this summer, there are good opportunities to be scheduled for fixed shifts during the holiday period.

The working hours are as follows: Daytime between 08:00-16:00 and evenings 16:00-22:00. Work may occur on weekdays and weekends.

Before your "hourly employment" starts, you will undergo a paid introduction/onboarding. During the onboarding period, you will receive an agreement for a fixed-term hourly employment with a set end date.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately/according to agreement!
