About the role
We are looking for a social and down-to-earth person who is driven and enjoys having a variety of tasks. The role involves being the hub of the office to ensure that the workplace is well-maintained and that daily operations run smoothly. You will work independently with practical tasks and administration. Your contribution is crucial in creating a positive experience for both colleagues and visitors.

Working hours
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 08:30–13:30
Friday: 07:30/08:00–13:30
Responsibilities
- Ensure that the office's common areas look neat and welcoming.
- Organize breakfasts and handle food orders and restocking of supplies.
- Handle orders for office supplies and other office administration.
- Refill and keep the coffee machine area tidy.
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying at a post-secondary level or has another main occupation of at least 50%.
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
- Has good experience working in service.
- Is available to work 4 mornings a week in June & August, and 2 mornings a week in July.
It is an advantage if you have
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Good ability and experience in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a similar role.
