Do you want to drive Lernia's initiative within RPO?
We are now looking for a business-driven RPO Lead who wants to combine customer dialogue, business development, and delivery in a role with significant influence and many contact points. Here you will have the opportunity to develop business, create long-term customer relationships, and contribute to strengthening our offering within Recruitment Process Outsourcing.
The role is suitable for you who thrive at the intersection of business, people, and delivery, and are motivated by creating results together with customers and colleagues.
About the roleIn this role, you are responsible for developing and driving Lernia's RPO business with a focus on quality, customer value, and profitability. You work with the entire business, from identifying new opportunities and contributing to customer dialogues to ensuring smooth deliveries and long-term collaborations.
You will become a key link between the customer, sales, and internal teams, contributing to further developing our offerings, working methods, and delivery models within RPO.
Your responsibilitiesIn the role, you will among other things:
Drive the development and commercialization of Lernia's RPO offering
Identify business opportunities and contribute to customer dialogues, tenders, and procurement processes
Develop delivery models and solutions based on customer needs
Ensure high quality in delivery through structured processes and a strong customer experience
Monitor contracts, KPIs, and delivery results, and identify areas for improvement
Coordinate resources, projects, and deliveries based on customer needs
Ensure compliance with internal routines, quality requirements, and compliance standards
Represent Lernia and contribute to strengthening our position within RPO
We are looking for someone who is accustomed to working in a business-oriented role where customer dialogue, delivery, and development go hand in hand, and who has a good understanding of how to build sustainable collaborations and drive business forward.
We would like you to:
Have a university degree in HR, economics, sales, or equivalent experience
Have several years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, RPO, or consultative sales
Have experience with B2B business, customer development, and complex deliveries
Have a good understanding of KPI management, business monitoring, and economics
Have good system proficiency and experience working in ATS, CRM, or business systems
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required
Business-driven and strategic
Relationship-building and confident in customer dialogue
Structured and analytical
Independent with good initiative
Employment type: Permanent position with an initial probationary period
Scope: Full-time
Location: West Sweden - Gothenburg/Borås/Halmstad
