Our client in Gothenburg is currently looking for a person to support the role of Service Coordinator for 6 months. As a Service Coordinator, you will receive and handle incoming orders via phone and email, as well as assess and prioritize them. Furthermore, you are responsible for planning the service technicians' days in dialogue with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure customers receive timely assistance. You also handle calls from customers regarding urgent matters.

This is a consultancy assignment starting immediately and lasting for 6 months. The position is full-time (100%) with working hours on-site at the client's location in Västra Frölunda, 07:00–16:00, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming orders via phone, email, and taxi queue.
• Assess and prioritize incoming orders based on urgency, response time, and scheduled date.
• Plan service technicians' days with billable hours.
• Dialogue with project managers regarding resources for project assignments.
• Dispatch technicians and book with the customer according to agreements for preventive maintenance orders (inspections).
• Follow-up/inquiries to customers via phone/email.
• Plan on-call duty schedules.
• Assist technicians with codes, history, etc., to facilitate and streamline their work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Good Swedish language skills (written and spoken)
• Good computer skills
• Technical interest

Preferred:

• Previous experience in technical support or service coordination.
