Do you want to work with quality and administration in an innovative and socially vital operation? BAE Systems Bofors in Karlskoga is looking for a meticulous and structured person to work as a Quality Support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure the correct handling of delivery documentation and efficient work processes.

Examples of tasks

  • Register delivery documentation in the business system according to process.
  • Ensure that the correct delivery documentation is linked to the correct order and with the correct article number.
  • Support the receiving control with administrative tasks such as printing deviation reports, copying, and printing.
  • Participate in process improvements regarding documentation.
  • Responsible for the quality of the scanned delivery documentation.
  • Ensure that set handling times are met.
  • Ensure that all delivery documentation from suppliers is handled according to given directives and linked under the correct purchase order in the business system.
  • Be helpful with other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Experience with business systems, preferably SAP.
  • Experience with the Office package.
  • Several years of experience in administration in a similar role.
  • Swedish and English in speech and writing.
