We are currently looking for two administrative assistants, one to work from our office in Malmö and the other from our office in Gothenburg. Here, you will enjoy a fun and developmental role where you work closely with unit managers.

Documentation, administration, and internal and external collaboration

As an administrative assistant within the Business Area FTH and Customer Meeting, you provide administrative support to the area and contribute to making the managers' daily operations run smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with the business operations, and you will take the initiative to improve processes.

In this role, you handle meeting documentation, personnel administration, permissions, and procurement. You coordinate and follow up on activities related to work environment, business planning, conferences, and more. The position also involves diary management, and you assist the manager with tasks such as invoice certification and statistical follow-up. You collaborate with and serve as a contact person for other business units, both internally and externally. As an employee at Försäkringskassan, you must have a high level of security awareness as the agency handles confidential information.

  • has a final upper secondary school certificate or equivalent experience and qualifications
  • has a systematic and meticulous work approach

  • has good communication skills, both verbal and written

  • is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
  • quickly identifies problems and solves them in a relevant manner.

It is meritorious if you

  • have good knowledge of the Office suite
  • have experience in administrative work
  • have knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act
  • have experience with insurance affiliation and customer meeting language meetings/partners and switchboard.

2 permanent positions, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. In accordance with Försäkringskassan's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted as part of this recruitment. Work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Locations: Gothenburg or Malmö.
