Health Centre Råå is located in southern Helsingborg, just a stone's throw from the sea, with excellent train and bus connections. We are a team of over 50 employees caring for 11,400 registered patients. We offer a wide range of clinics including diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, elderly care, district nursing, and child health services. We strive to ensure every patient has their own named doctor and that patients with chronic conditions are regularly called in from a waiting list for check-ups. This ensures high-quality care for our patients.

Job Description

Here you will work with everything from preventive health measures to caring for acutely ill people. The nurse's role is crucial for ensuring smooth patient flow. It is important to be able to triage patients to the right profession, at the right level of care, and to make correct medical prioritizations. Triage and assessment are done via phone, chat, email, video call, or in person as a booked assessment at our triage clinic. Your tasks will therefore be varied and stimulating. Doctors are available, providing good opportunities for joint assessments to develop knowledge levels.

As a new employee, you will be offered an introduction tailored to your current competency level. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shadow your own tasks and observe other professions to gain a deeper insight into what primary care entails. Here you will have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, including through continuous training.

Qualifications

We welcome you if you are a registered nurse authorized to work in Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish at a minimum level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a prerequisite for the position. We would appreciate experience from primary care or an emergency clinic.

We are looking for someone who is good at planning and organizing their work, but also has the ability to prioritize and adapt when needed. You are meticulous, secure, and stable, and you view patients from their different needs. Furthermore, you are receptive, empathetic, have a positive attitude, and treat both patients and colleagues with respect. You show great commitment to your work, collaborate easily, and enjoy a variety of tasks. You thrive and feel secure in your role as a nurse and share your knowledge freely with colleagues in different professions and with students. Personal suitability is highly valued.
