Are you the one we are looking for?

As an Internal Communications Specialist/Receptionist, you will have a central role where you combine service at the reception with operational and strategic communication work.

You belong to a development group of five colleagues and work closely with your manager in a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to make an impact.

Your Responsibilities

• Receive visitors and provide professional service
• Handle mail and deliveries
• Responsible for purchasing consumables
• Support management and employees in internal communications
• Create content (text, image, film, and design)
• Publish in various internal channels
• Plan and execute communication campaigns and projects
• Participate in the development of internal communication channels
• Ensure tone, design, and messaging

Qualifications

• Experience in reception work
• Education in communications or equivalent work experience
• Good computer skills (Office package)
• Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing
