Job Description
Are you a meticulous, structured, and service-oriented person with experience in administrative work? Do you thrive in a role where you are the central hub and contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the business? Then this might be the job for you!
Your Responsibilities
The tasks include, among other things:
- Personnel administration and administration regarding temporary staff
- Handling of sick leave and fitness-to-work notifications
- Work in planning systems involving scheduling and creating new schedules
- Responsible for schedule planning based on operational needs and economic conditions
- Invoice management and economic administration
- Orders and purchasing
- Management of permissions, alarm, and access systems
- Booking of training and other common administrative tasks
The role involves actively working with staffing and schedule planning, with a focus on creating sustainable and cost-effective solutions for the operations.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who is structured, service-oriented, and has good collaboration skills. You work independently, take initiative, and adapt easily to changing circumstances.
You are confident in your professional role and have the ability to prioritize and maintain calm even during periods of high workload. You have a solution-oriented approach and thrive in a role with responsibility and many contact points.

Qualifications
- Upper secondary education in administration, economics, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer
- Documented experience in scheduling and working in planning systems
- Documented experience in economic administration and invoice management
- Good understanding of the relationship between staffing, schedule planning, and operational economics
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Category B driver's license and access to a car
It is an advantage if you:
- Have experience in personnel administration within care and social services
- Have worked in an organization where full-time is the norm
- Have post-secondary education in administration, economics, or a similar field
Especially Meritorious for the Position
To thrive and succeed in the role, it is important to understand how schedule planning affects both the quality of operations and economic conditions. The role requires the ability to plan staffing in a structured and long-term sustainable way, taking into account operational needs, working environment, and resource usage.
Therefore, it is meritorious if you have experience in scheduling and have worked with economic aspects related to staffing and resource planning.

For positions requiring a license/valid certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare for a protected professional title, this must be submitted before employment.
Linguistic assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can become relevant.
Criminal record checks are conducted for all employments within the Social Services Administration.
For employments within HVB (Home for Care of Young Persons in Need of Special Care) operations, an extract from the HVB register is requested.
For employments in operations directed towards children with disabilities, extracts regarding children with disabilities and a control of own data are requested.
For other employments within the Social Services Administration, an extract from the Control of Own Data is requested.
If the extract is not digital, it should be brought in an unopened envelope in connection with the control.

Employment is conditional upon necessary decisions being made. For positions where the work involves direct and regular contact with children and young people, as well as for operations within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), care and social services, healthcare, psychiatric care, and addiction care, a valid extract from the police criminal record must be shown or submitted before employment. Note that it may take time to obtain the extract, so order it well in time so that the recruitment process is not delayed.
