About the Operations

You will drive and develop our systematic quality work and internal controls. In your role as Business Developer, you will work closely with the Business Manager and Unit Managers. Your focus will be on coordinating and developing business planning, driving business development, and conducting follow-ups and analysis.

You will provide support to the Individual and Family Care operations and drive the search for efficient working methods that add value for target groups and operations. You initiate and carry out activities that contribute to increasing knowledge and maturity in the organization to build a stronger innovation culture. Your role is flexible depending on the needs of the operations, meaning you will switch between development-oriented work and administrative processes.

You work independently and solution-oriented, seeking collaboration to achieve the best results. You establish valuable contacts to exchange experiences and knowledge, and you keep yourself updated in relevant operational areas.

Responsibilities

You will among other things:

• Inspire, educate, and coach managers and employees
• Drive change processes
• Implement new working methods and approaches
• Follow up on and analyze results and working methods
• Produce and compile statistics
• Compile and write texts such as reports, statements, and business plans
• Scan the external environment

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• A Social Work degree (Social Work), or alternatively other education that the employer considers equivalent
• Experience of working independently with planning, analysis, investigations, and follow-up in a politically governed organization
• Habit of supporting managers and leadership
• Good experience and knowledge within the operational area of children, young people, and adults

As a person, you are analytical with the ability to see connections and draw logical conclusions from complex information. You are structured and systematic in your approach while being flexible and able to adapt to changed conditions. Your service orientation and desire to help others are strong, and you have excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. We would like you to have experience and competence in change management and innovation processes.
