We are currently looking for two administrative assistants, one to work from our office in Malmö and the other from our office in Gothenburg. Here, you will enjoy a fun and developing work environment where you work closely with unit managers.

Documentation, administration, and internal and external collaboration

As an administrative assistant within the Business Area FTH and Customer Meeting, you provide administrative support to the area and contribute to making the managers' daily lives run smoothly. The role involves close collaboration with the operations, and in your work, you take the initiative to improve processes.

In your work, you handle meeting documentation, personnel administration, permissions, and purchasing. You coordinate and follow up on activities related to working environment, business planning, conferences, and more. The position also involves diary management, and you assist the manager with tasks such as invoice approval and statistical follow-up. You collaborate with and serve as a contact person for other operations both internally and externally. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you must have a high level of security awareness as the agency handles confidential information.

  • have a upper secondary school diploma or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
  • have a systematic and meticulous working method
  • collaborate effectively with others to achieve common goals
  • have good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • act on your own initiative and take responsibility for achieving good results
  • are secure and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
  • quickly identify problems and solve them in a relevant manner.

It is an advantage if you

  • have good knowledge of the Office package
  • have experience in administrative work
  • have knowledge of the Administrative Procedure Act
  • have experience with insurance affiliation and customer meeting language meetings/partners and switchboard.

2 permanent positions, full-time, with start date as agreed. Probation period may apply. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Locations: Gothenburg or Malmö.
