This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting from Monday of Week 27 to Wednesday of Week 33. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client's site.

💼 Responsibilities

The Receptionist role involves varied tasks with responsibility for the reception area. You play a key role in ensuring the daily operations of the office run smoothly. A significant part of the job involves welcoming the company's visitors to the reception in a friendly, engaged, and professional manner. As a receptionist, you are also responsible for answering emails and phone calls, handling mail, and supporting your colleagues with internal support issues. This role is perfect for you if you thrive working independently with many points of contact, where your service skills can shine. The position is located centrally in Malmö.

This is a summer staffing assignment between Week 27–33 with working hours Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Fridays 08:00–16:00.

🔍 Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)
• Work experience from a role with similar responsibilities
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
