We are looking for temporary staff for our client in central Lysekil
About the assignment
Our client is a woman in her 60s who uses a wheelchair and is also non-verbal. She requires 24/7 assistance with a few hours of double staffing per day. Our client needs support with transfers and help with all aspects of daily life, such as personal hygiene, cooking, exercise, and household chores. The client enjoys good dinners, drinking coffee, and going on long walks, which are important parts of the day.
Who we are looking for
To fit as an assistant for our client, we see that you are a positive, empathetic, and calm person. You have a strong commitment to your work and strive to provide that little extra to improve the client's quality of life in daily living.
Since our client is non-verbal, it is extra important that you are attentive and can read other forms of communication through eyes, sounds, and body language. It is also important that you are organized, meticulous, follow established routines, and can take initiative when needed.
Previous experience as a personal assistant is an advantage.
Working hours and degree of employment: Shifts are scheduled during the day and evening, weekdays and weekends.
Employment type: Hourly employment, with the possibility of a schedule during the summer.
Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to the collective agreement.
Start date: According to agreement.
Work in the home of elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register control according to Act (2026:43) on register control when working in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of the law, we as a company have a policy to request extracts from the criminal record register in connection with new hires. The register control is carried out as a final step in the recruitment process and is part of our overall suitability assessment.
