We are now looking for you, for a parental leave replacement, who is self-reliant and has a customer-oriented focus – you who share our commitment and sense of responsibility! Can you be our new Claims Adjuster?

As a Claims Adjuster, you will…

… belong to the Personal Injury department at our Nordic headquarters in Gothenburg. Here you will work towards the Swedish market with daily contact with both customers and partners. The tasks will primarily consist of handling our payment protection products, where we investigate entitlement to compensation in cases of unemployment and sick leave, among other things. You will also handle incoming calls and emails from customers.

You will be part of a team consisting of a group of self-reliant and engaged team members.

We are looking for you who...

… enjoy working both individually and in a team. You feel comfortable making your own decisions but also thrive when collaborating in a group. As a person, you are positive and ambitious, and you place great value on always maintaining a high service level. We want you to contribute to our improvement work, and you will be involved in our journey towards an even more digital and customer-friendly claims handling. We would like you to have worked as a claims adjuster for a few years and wish to work for an expanding company where you have the opportunity to develop.

Our requirements for you:

• Insurance knowledge
• Experience in claims handling
• University degree, insurance education, or equivalent work experience
• Administrative experience and preferably experience working with customers over the phone
• Swedish in speech and writing, other Nordic languages are an advantage
• Proficiency in English in speech and writing.
