We offer
Leadership that sees and supports: With us, you have managers who are present in everyday life and whom you can turn to when you need to discuss assessments, get support in difficult situations, or just need to vent an idea.
You are also offered:
- A thorough introduction with the support of a mentor.
- A workplace with engaged and experienced colleagues and managers.
- A wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK/year as well as access to a gym in the building.

About us
We are one of Stockholm's 11 district administrations and have our office in the Slakthusområdet area near the Globe. In total, we have about 89 employees, of whom 72 are social secretaries within Children and Young People. We work to offer the right support and interventions to children, young people, and their families through several specialized units.
With us, you will meet competent and engaged colleagues, experienced and present managers, and a culture where we support and develop each other. We work systematically, have the child's best interest in focus, and always strive to improve our ways of working.
Application
We have removed the personal letter; instead, you will answer a few questions about your competence and experience in connection with your application. Note: For this position, it may be required that you submit a current extract from the police criminal record. The extract ordered must apply to work with children in activities other than school and childcare.
Does this sound like a role for you? We go through selections and call for interviews continuously during the application period, so don't wait to submit your application. We look forward to hearing from you!
