Make a difference. Every day.

Join us in developing the neurological ward of the future!

Do you want to work in a healthcare environment where collaboration, learning, and patient focus are as important as professional nursing care? Do you want to be part of building, influencing, and developing rather than just executing tasks? Then this might be the right place for you!

Exciting developments are underway at Hässleholm Hospital. As part of an ongoing reorganization, inpatient neurological care is now being established as a dedicated ward. This offers a unique opportunity to collaboratively create structures, working methods, and routines that ensure high quality, a good work environment, and the best possible care for our patients.

Here, you become part of a team that believes in the strength of collaboration, where different professions contribute their expertise, learn from each other, and share responsibility for the whole.

Our ward focuses on the investigation, treatment, and follow-up of patients with diseases and injuries of the brain and nervous system, such as stroke, epilepsy, and brain tumors. Patients often have complex needs, which places high demands on collaboration, structure, and professionalism.

We work closely with the medical department, emergency department, rehabilitation medicine, and outpatient care to create safe transitions and a cohesive care chain. The neurological mission is clear, and the work is characterized by engagement, respect, and shared learning in an interdisciplinary team.
