About the role

As an International Export Sales Representative, you will become a key figure in our international expansion. The role involves extensive travel and active work in building and maintaining customer relationships. You will work with technically advanced sales, including IoT platforms and advanced control systems, as well as solutions for heating, ventilation, and energy efficiency.
As an employee of our sales company, you will be part of the Export & OEM team, focusing on several markets in Europe and responsible for independently developing sales within specific geographical areas and customer segments. Your base will be the headquarters in Kållered, but since the role involves extensive travel, you will spend most of your time with our current and future customers.

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing new customer relationships internationally.
- Presenting and selling technical solutions within building automation.
- Conducting product demonstrations and holding seminars for customers and partners.
- Developing and managing existing customer portfolios in selected markets.
- Frequent travel for customer meetings and business development (80–120 travel days/year).
- Working with system integrators, property owners, and consultants.
We are looking for you who
Have strong analytical skills and a business acumen. You are outgoing, communicative, and thrive in interactions with other people. Furthermore, you have the ability to drive your tasks independently and dare to dive into new, unexplored tasks, while successfully maintaining good structure. To qualify for the role, you also have:
- A post-secondary education, e.g., university or civil engineering degree.
- Sales experience.
- A strong interest in technical products and systems.
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
It is an advantage if you have
- Knowledge of additional languages.
- Previous experience in sales within technology and/or building automation.
- International or industry-related work experience.
