We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a problem-solving focus who wants to become part of our community in Gävle. We are currently growing within our energy projects and are looking for more colleagues who want to help our customers navigate everything from future electric vehicle charging to questions about electricity contracts and consumption.

Become part of us as a Customer Service Representative:
Be at the front line of support for our customers and perform work that makes a difference in people's daily lives. In this role, you will:
- Deliver a world-class customer experience by answering incoming calls and emails.
- Support our customers with everything from questions about electricity contracts, EV charging, payment methods, and consumption.
- Help customers with everything from pedagogical advice to technical support and troubleshooting.
- Work together with engaged colleagues in Gävle to continuously improve our service and share your knowledge.
To succeed in the role, the following is required:
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills and a pedagogical mindset with a focus on empathy and responsiveness
- Ability to quickly absorb new information and adapt to changes
- Positive attitude and a desire to deliver a world-class customer experience – you believe the customer deserves more than just support
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn everything about electricity and energy
