Do you have experience in service or administration and want to build on your skills in this area? In this role, you will work to ensure that shipments and order flows function correctly through daily contact with terminals, customers, and internal departments. You will become an important part of the daily logistical flow in a varied role involving both administration and customer contact.

About the Role

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately until August 21st. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for the client.

💼 Responsibilities

As an administrator, you will ensure that shipments and order flows function correctly between internal systems and terminals. The role involves daily troubleshooting of shipments together with terminals, as well as contacting customers to resolve discrepancies and questions regarding deliveries. You are also responsible for a specific client, handling ongoing administration, customer dialogue, and internal coordination between different departments. The work is administrative and requires attention to detail, structure, and good communication skills, as you have both external customer contact and close internal contact to ensure processes run smoothly.

You will receive onboarding with routines, systems, and working methods before working independently.

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education
  • Experience in customer service and/or administration
  • Good computer and system proficiency
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good knowledge of English in speech and writing
