As a Recruiter with us, you will help people find their dream job and companies find their next colleague! You will have a varied daily routine where you are responsible for the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile meetings with clients, advertising and search, to interviews and contract signing. You will also have consultant responsibility for employed consultants, which means continuous follow-up and work with personnel development during the consultant's employment period. The focus is on consultant profiles within Economics/Finance. We use competency-based recruitment methodology in our processes. We are keen on ensuring that our candidates, consultants, and clients are satisfied with what we deliver! Here you will work with a wide range of companies in a varied recruitment role. ABOUT YOU We are looking for someone who loves working towards set goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy structuring and driving your own processes and working with great freedom under responsibility. At the same time, it is important to you to work closely with your colleagues to bounce ideas, exchange knowledge, and have fun at work together! We will place great emphasis on personal qualities in this recruitment process. Requirements for the role:
- A few years of experience within recruitment/consultancy, or relevant post-secondary education.
- Experience within the economic field, either through own work or through recruiting economic profiles.
- Swedish and English in speech and writing.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
- Experience in sales.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS Our recruitment process consists of the following steps:
- Phone interview.
- Personality and logic test.
- Competency-based interview with the recruiter.
- Reference checks.
- Interview with the hiring manager, as well as a case exercise.
- Scope: Full-time
- Start: August/October
- Location: Gothenburg
