Job Responsibilities

In the role of a childcare worker, you are part of a work team that collaborates based on current steering documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together in the work team, you work for the children's development and learning.

Start date: June 26, 2008

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a childcare education. It is meritorious if you have experience working with children and if you share the preschool's orientation. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new working methods and spreading knowledge and experiences to colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily create good relationships.

We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development; therefore, good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement in both speech and writing. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability.
