Job Responsibilities
As a physiotherapist in our operations, you help create the conditions for residents in our care and nursing homes to live as independent and meaningful lives as possible. You will perform assessments and plan interventions regarding rehabilitation, exercise, and assistive devices. We offer stimulating and varied work where you meet residents with different diagnoses, backgrounds, challenges, and needs.
The work is carried out in a team together with occupational therapists, and you will share joint responsibility for your care and nursing homes. The team also includes nurses, care staff, and section managers. Together, you provide person-centered care and support for a healthier and safer life for the residents.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist (180 ECTS) with an interest in working with people at Malmö City's care and nursing homes. You must be able to cycle to get around to our care and nursing homes. The work also requires good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good digital competence.

You are receptive, have a good attitude towards patients, relatives, and colleagues, and contribute to a good working climate and successful teamwork. Since some of your interventions are delegated, you need to have the ability to take on a pedagogical and supervisory role.
Experience working as a physiotherapist and within municipal operations is meritorious.
