We are currently looking for a consultant in Business Intelligence (BI) and visualization with experience in ERP flows and production-oriented business development. This role is ideal for you if you have a strong interest in business systems and are driven by creating business value through improved visualization of real-time data and effective BI solutions.

You thrive in complex operations where you can combine analytical skills with innovation and new thinking. In this role, you are expected to analyze requirement profiles, identify areas for improvement, and contribute solutions that strengthen the company's processes and decision support. The assignment requires a high degree of independence, responsibility, and strong communication skills.

In this role, you will work with visualization and BI related to ERP flows and business systems in a production-oriented environment. You will develop and improve visual dashboards and BI solutions with a focus on creating clear and value-adding insights based on real-time data.

You will also contribute to business development initiatives where the analysis of processes and requirements is central. The role involves close collaboration with various parts of the organization, where you are expected to identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing working methods, and propose innovative solutions. Travel to production units is a natural part of the assignment.

• Knowledge of ERP flows and basic development skills
• Experience in production-oriented business development related to business systems
• Experience working in complex operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
• Experience with BI solutions and the development of visual dashboards
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in the relevant field
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility for sub-areas, and lead small teams

• Experience with IFS business systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience in driving improvement proposals
• Experience from manufacturing or production-oriented operations

• Location: Gothenburg, Jönköping, or Stockholm
• Travel: Occasional
• Scope: Full-time
• Competence level: Senior level (4–8 years of experience in the field)
• The assignment requires excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
