Personal Assistant for a Woman in Täby (Extra/On-call)

We are now looking for an engaged, secure, and caring female personal assistant who wants to work on an extra/on-call basis for a woman with a disability in Täby.

About the Position

As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of the customer's daily life. You will work closely with her and provide support both at home and during activities outside the home. Your mission is to contribute to the customer living an independent, secure, and meaningful life.

The tasks are varied and may include, among other things:

• Support with personal hygiene
• Help with mobility/transfers
• Household chores such as cooking and cleaning
• Accompanying on activities outside the home

We are looking for you who

• Are a woman aged 30–55
• Are responsible, sensitive, and reliable
• Learn new tasks easily
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy working closely with another person
• Have a valid driver's license (required)
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious, but we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

About the Employment

• Scope: Extra/On-call as needed (possibility of a fixed schedule shift)
• Working hours: Day, evening, and weekend according to schedule

• Salary: According to collective agreement (Vårdföretagarna & Kommunal)
