We are looking for a female personal assistant for a happy, social, and positive 30-year-old woman who lives in her own apartment in Märsta. In connection with her recent move to her own accommodation, she is now expanding her assistant team and seeking more dedicated assistants who wish to be part of her daily life and contribute to a secure and well-functioning support system.

She enjoys playing video games, listening to music, watching films, and participating in various social activities. A major interest is also visiting the swimming pool, which she does whenever possible. She uses a wheelchair but can walk short distances with support. Communication takes place through individual words and signs. She has epilepsy and diabetes, which means that as an assistant, you need to be confident in following routines regarding medical interventions, including insulin management. To meet her medical needs, oxygen is also available in the home.

👉 The position starts as a hourly employment and primarily involves work during evenings, night shifts, and weekends. We are looking for someone who is flexible and able to step in with short notice if needed. If the collaboration works well, there are good opportunities to get fixed shifts on the schedule in the future. To be considered for the position, you must be able to work night shifts.

Your responsibilities:

Your duties will include medication management, helping and supporting her with daily chores, hygiene, and assisting with various social activities.

What are we looking for in you?

To thrive in this role, we see that you are a calm, stress-resistant, driven, and proactive woman. You should also be empathetic, able to work independently, and have the ability to adapt and listen. Since there is a cat in the home, it is important that you are not allergic. Previous experience in similar jobs or related education is a merit, but personal chemistry weighs heavily, and of course, that you get along well together.

• 🚗 Driver's license and car are an advantage.

• 🚭 Non-smoker during working hours.

• 🗣️✍️ Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Scope & Work Arrangement:

• 📅 Start date: Immediately.

• 📊 Employment level: Hourly employment as needed. Introductory shifts are offered at the beginning to give you a chance to feel secure and well-prepared for your new role. If everything goes well, there is a good opportunity for fixed shifts in the future.

• 🕒 Work shifts: Primarily evenings and night shifts, but also days and weekends.

Recruitment Process

We contact candidates who are suitable for a first interview on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled when we have found the right person, which may happen before the final application date. Your application is processed by staff at ENKV Assistans, together with the client, as well as any relatives, guardians, or other concerned parties. If the position involves working with a minor client, a certificate of good conduct is always required.

Child's Perspective in Recruitment

At ENKV, we carefully follow the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which means that if you apply for a position involving work with minors, the recruitment process will include specific steps to ensure that the child's wishes and needs are taken into account. Employment where you work with minor clients also includes training on the child's perspective.

Employment Conditions

If you proceed in the recruitment process, you must be able to verify your identity and prove that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and time reports, you are required to have a BankID.
