About the position
You will work with the admission and registration of students studying SFI, as well as the handling of grades and certificates. Your expertise will be a key support for our principal and teachers regarding guidelines and routines from the City of Gothenburg, and for providing students with support and service regarding their studies. Duties also include generating statistics, financial reports, and planning for national tests. Our core idea is based on ensuring every participant is seen and valued.
Your skills and background
We are looking for you with high administrative competence and experience in school administration. You should have post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge, as well as very good computer skills, as we work with various software programs and administrative systems. Experience with the student administration system Alvis, as well as handling grades and exam archiving, is highly meritorious. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, and preferably additional languages, is desirable.
As an administrator at Sundbybergs Folkhögskola, you are expected to work independently and structured, with the ability to prioritize among varied tasks. It is important that you are solution-focused, proactive, and have an interest in developing and improving daily work. We also expect you to share our view on the equal value of people and their right to knowledge.
Employment type
Fixed-term contract (50% hours) for 1 year, starting at the end of June. Immediate start or as agreed.
