About the Role

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will work closely with both technology and business to develop scalable and robust ML solutions. You will become part of a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and curiosity are in focus.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and training machine learning models in Python (e.g., using NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn)
• Working with feature engineering, data modeling, and statistical analysis
• Evaluating and optimizing model performance through testing and experiments
• Building, maintaining, and further developing ML pipelines
• Deploying models into production and ensuring stable operation over time
• Working with MLOps, including CI/CD, model versioning, and automated retraining
• Exposing models via APIs and integrating them into business-critical systems
• Working with modern technologies such as Azure Machine Learning, vector databases, and embeddings
• Developing solutions within Generative AI, such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Collaborating with other developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to create value from data

You will work through the entire ML lifecycle – from experiments and prototypes to production-ready solutions and continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 3 years of experience in Machine Learning or a similar role
• Has good knowledge of Python and ML libraries
• Has experience developing, testing, and deploying ML models into production
• Has an understanding of statistics, probability theory, and model validation
• Has worked with ML pipelines, CI/CD, and MLOps
• Has experience with cloud services, preferably Azure
• Is accustomed to working in teams and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English

Other Information

The position is full-time with an initial six-month probationary period. Salary and start date are negotiable. The role is based in Stockholm.
