Do you want to combine agile leadership with testing and verification of electrical systems in an advanced automotive environment? Here you will drive the team and quality forward.
In this combined role, you will lead the agile work while also contributing hands-on to the testing and verification of complete vehicle and electrical systems. You will become a key part of a team working with integration, quality, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
- Combined role focused on Scrum Master and testing/verification.
- Work with complete vehicle integration and electrical systems.
- Support the team in an agile working method according to SAFe.
What You Will Do
- Facilitate agile processes and support the team's daily work.
- Plan, lead, and conduct integration tests.
- Perform fault analysis and contribute to root cause analysis.
- Continuously improve test methods and test environments.
- Verify functionality in SIL/HIL environments.
We Are Looking For Someone With
- Technical educational background in areas such as mechanics, embedded systems, or computer science.
- Experience with agile working methods.
- Experience in verification and/or validation.
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Python.
