As a sales-oriented receptionist, you are the face of the club and are responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. You ensure that every member receives a first-class training experience and that the facility always maintains the highest quality.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting members and guests

• Creating a clean, fresh, and pleasant environment at the facility

• Handling the sale of memberships and products

• Contributing to a family-like and positive atmosphere

• Ensuring order and tidiness in the reception area and on the gym floor

The work is varied and requires you to be flexible and self-initiating. No two days are alike, and you will play a key role in creating the best possible training experience for our members.

We are looking for someone who:

✔ Is 18 years or older
✔ Thrives in interactions with people and builds good relationships
✔ Has a positive and service-oriented attitude
✔ Is flexible and can work during the day, evenings, and weekends
✔ Is self-initiating, takes initiative, and sees what needs to be done
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
✔ Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Previous experience in service or sales is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to develop!
