The Katrinetorp unit currently consists of 13 sections distributed across three resource areas. We have good cooperation both between our sections and between different operations, working with a focus on users, participation, and continuity. We are now looking for two dedicated home care coordinators for our resource area, Folkets Hus.

Job Responsibilities
As a home care coordinator, you have a central role in the operations, responsible for the daily planning and coordination of interventions within the home care area.
You work in close cooperation with the section manager, employees in the section, and within the resource area to ensure a well-functioning operation.
In this role, you are responsible for absence planning and short-term staffing, which you primarily work with in the Lifecare Planning system. You receive orders from the authority and handle ongoing administrative and operation-related tasks.
You have daily contact with care recipients, relatives, as well as internal and external partners. As a coordinator, you create schedules and maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards employees. Good treatment is central to the role, and you are confident in daily dialogues with employees, where cooperation and good communication are crucial for success.
One of the positions involves working primarily during daytime Monday–Friday, with some weekend work. In the other position, work occurs during both daytime and evening hours.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in care work
- Experience in administrative or coordinating work within elderly care and/or health and social care, e.g., planning, coordination, or scheduling
- Good digital competence and experience using the computer as a work tool, as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new programs and systems
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
The following are meritorious:
- Upper secondary education with a focus on care and nursing
- Experience with scheduling systems
- Experience with municipal operations
- Experience with the Lifecare Planning system
The role of home care coordinator requires you to be communicative, service-oriented, have good cooperation skills, and a professional attitude. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to help others and work solution-oriented to contribute to high-quality operations. You have an inclusive and respectful attitude and understanding of people's different backgrounds and needs.
To succeed in the role, you need to be able to plan, structure, and prioritize your work effectively. You work goal- and result-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can handle periods of high workload in a stable and careful manner. You are flexible, enduring, and able to maintain focus even in a changing daily life.
