Göteborg District Court, one of Sweden's largest district courts, is located in modern facilities near Ullevi in central Gothenburg and employs approximately 250 people.
The court consists of six judicial divisions and one administrative division. The administrative division is responsible for internal and external service, as well as developing, managing, and improving administrative processes. We are currently seeking an HR Administrator for this division.

Job Description
As an HR Administrator, you will play a central role in an important and exciting operation. Your duties are varied and include ongoing personnel administration, salary and compensation issues, involvement in recruitment and onboarding of new employees, and generating personnel statistics. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to the court's managers and other employees on various HR-related matters.
The work will be carried out in close collaboration with the court's three HR specialists. Together, you will work on developing and improving HR routines and processes.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an administrative and supportive role. You should have an academic degree in the HR field and experience in similar, broad HR administrative work within the public sector. Previous experience working in the judiciary is particularly advantageous.
The role requires strong ability to independently plan and structure your work. We seek a person who is easy to collaborate with, has a problem-solving mindset, and possesses good communication skills. You convey information clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing. Since you will handle many different types of tasks, it is important that you learn new tasks easily and have the ability to analyze and solve problems.
The work is varied, and you will work in a small group where we help each other and are flexible. This requires you to handle both minor and major tasks without hierarchy. Sense of responsibility and service, as well as an interest in development issues, are other important traits. Furthermore, you must have integrity and be able to act as an employer representative in personnel matters. Previous managerial experience and understanding of the employer role are particularly advantageous.
You should be a proficient computer user with excellent knowledge of the Office suite, the ability to search for available information, and the capacity to learn the IT systems used in the operation. Experience with personnel administrative systems is advantageous.
To be employed by us, you must be assessed as suitable. This means you uphold democratic values and the public sector value base that governs the operations of the Swedish Courts Administration. You must also comply with Swedish laws. Register checks may be conducted prior to employment.
Employment Type
The position is a permanent employment and may start with a six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement.
