Do you have experience in administration and want to take responsibility for ensuring order information is correct from the very first step? In this role, you will combine careful administrative work with system troubleshooting and play a key part in keeping the logistics flow running smoothly.
About the role
This is a full-time consultancy assignment starting immediately until August 31st. There is an opportunity to combine this role with studies by working part-time during certain weeks. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at the client company.

Responsibilities
As an Order Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that order information flows correctly between two internal systems. You monitor data, identify why orders are not going through, and correct issues such as incorrect postal codes or missing information. You receive Excel files via email, upload them into the systems, and review which lines have returned error codes. Orders that do not pass through the system are checked manually and adjusted until the flow works. The work is administrative, meticulous, and resembles classic order administration with a focus on logic and data quality.
You will receive onboarding covering routines, systems, and working methods before working independently.
- Ensures order information flows correctly between two internal systems
- Monitors and reviews data flows
- Troubleshoots discrepancies and handles error codes
- Uploads and reviews Excel files with shipments
- Manually checks orders that stop in the system
- Works with a focus on logic and data quality
Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Completed upper secondary education
- Experience in administrative work
- Good computer and system skills
- Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written), good proficiency in English (spoken and written)
