We are looking for two dedicated personal assistants for a wheelchair user in Jönköping

About the position

We are currently seeking two engaged women who are confident in themselves. The assistant position is for a wheelchair-bound woman with a dog, located centrally in Jönköping.

Who are you?

It is important that you like dogs. As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life and weekends, helping with everything from personal care and household chores. The work takes place in the user's home or wherever the user is. We always base our work on the user's needs and wishes.

Your qualifications and qualities

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to ensure effective communication.
• Honesty, respect, calmness, and self-confidence are highly valued.
• Patient and understanding of different situations.
• Proactive and able to take initiative.
• Experience in care work is an advantage; you should be able to handle floor lifts.
• Show consideration and are attuned to the user's wishes, as the work is performed in someone else's home.
• A driver's license and access to a car for work travel are a plus.

Working hours and conditions

The work will be scheduled by agreement, including evenings and daytime on weekends, including major holidays. The employment requires availability for all summer months (June, July, August).
