As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key figure in the customer journey. You work closely with both sales and service markets and become part of a dynamic team that collaborates across our facilities in Ängelholm, Eslöv, Kristianstad, and Ystad. In this role, you will have a varied daily routine where customer meetings and creative solutions are at the center.

Examples of tasks:

  • Meet customers – both physically and digitally (phone, chat, email)
  • Book damage inspections and provide basic advice
  • Help customers with connected services
  • Handle car rentals via Hertz
  • Sell store assortment and spare parts
  • Voluntary participation in events organized by Bilmånsson

Who are you?

To succeed in the role of Customer Service Representative, we are looking for an engaged person with a focus on customers, service, and quality. We believe you identify with the following characteristics:

  • Outgoing and customer-oriented
  • Passionate about sales and service
  • Have good digital skills and express yourself well in speech and writing
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is flexible
  • Solution-oriented and takes responsibility
  • A team player who can also work independently
  • Hold a B driver's license and are an experienced driver

Working hours and employment type

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period located at Bilmånsson's facility in Ängelholm. The position is full-time.

Working hours may vary Monday-Friday between 6:45-15:45, 7:00-16:00, 8:00-17:00.
