In our Malmö store, we meet customers seeking advice for their foot and hip issues, as well as fashionable and foot-correct shoes. We provide them with the knowledge and guidance they need to find the right fit in our wide range of products.

About the Role

We are now looking for an engaged and motivating Physiotherapist who wants to help build the Freefoot experience in our Malmö store. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations and take active responsibility for the store's operations and customer experience. You are a natural educator who thrives in a role where a high level of service, sales, and teamwork meet.

We have a treatment and consultation room in the store to accommodate customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead the store independently when needed
• Receive customers with foot or hip problems and assist them with exercises and rehabilitation
• Ensure an engaging, motivating, and guiding customer experience
• Contribute to meeting sales goals through active selling and trend analysis
• Educate and motivate part-time staff
• Ensure correct stock levels and product mix in the store
• Handle customer cases and complaints constructively
• Keep the store attractive, well-organized, and clean

We are looking for someone who

• Is a newly graduated or experienced Physiotherapist
• Has a specialization in feet and hips (preferred)
• Is service-oriented and customer-centric
• Has the ability to engage and inspire colleagues
• Is structured and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English – Danish is an advantage
• Has an interest in health, fashion, and shoes
