We are now looking for secure and engaged personal assistants for a young man in his 30s with autism in Hässleholm. Currently, we are looking for both:

• On-call substitute who can work as needed
• Summer substitutes who can work on a schedule during the summer

About the position:

As a personal assistant, you provide support in daily life and contribute to structure, security, and participation. You accompany the individual to day activities (DV) and provide support during activities and excursions on weekends, days off, and during the summer.

The assistance can be single or double assistance, depending on the situation and needs. The work takes place both at home and in the community.

Working hours:

• Overnight shifts and shorter shifts may occur

We are looking for you who:

• Are calm, stress-resistant, and empathetic
• Are orderly and structured
• Have experience working with visual supports/visual schedules
• Have experience with autism
• Have knowledge of and work based on low-affective handling
• Hold a driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
