Scope: Summer temporary position (June–August) with possibilities for additional work.

Working hours: Varied hours (days, evenings, and weekends).

Location: Outside Piteå (car/license required as public transport is limited).

We are currently looking for summer temporary staff to support a positive and active young woman who lives with her parents in a villa outside Piteå. The role involves being her extended arms and legs in daily life. You will assist with everything from personal hygiene and pedagogical support to enabling an active and meaningful leisure time.

Since the client lives with her parents, it is especially important that you are sensitive and respect the family's privacy and peace at home. You must be able to step forward when needed, but also know how to stay in the background when the situation calls for it.

Your Responsibilities

• Support with personal care and hygiene.
• Assistance with meals and daily chores.
• Accompanying on leisure activities, outings, and walks.
• Create a safe, structured, and joyful daily life.

Who are you?

• Responsible and secure: You remain calm in all situations.
• Flexible and sensitive: You have a good sense of when to step in and when to step back in a private home.
• Positive energy: You are happy to share joy and engagement.
• Driver's license and car: Absolutely required to commute to and from work and for outings.
• Experience (advantageous): Previous work in healthcare, social care, or with autism/disabilities is a plus, but personal suitability is the most important factor.
