Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced IT Service Manager.

What You Will Work On

• Lead and govern IT services related to Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Ensure service delivery aligns with security, compliance, and business requirements
• Manage and follow up supplier performance and contractual commitments
• Monitor and improve SLAs, KPIs, and service quality metrics
• Coordinate service lifecycle activities and operational governance processes
• Support identity lifecycle processes and access governance initiatives
• Contribute to service improvement and transformation activities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
• Drive structured problem resolution and continuous optimization
• Support implementation of governance models and operational standards
• Facilitate alignment across multiple dependencies in a complex environment

What You Bring

• Several years of experience working as an IT Service Manager, IT Service Lead, or Service Manager
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) including:
• Identity lifecycle management
• Authorization governance
• Access control principles
• Experience working with ITSM and ITIL frameworks
• Experience with supplier governance and SLA follow-up
• Ability to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and dependencies
• Strong structured and process-oriented way of working
• Ability to balance operational execution with strategic service development
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Confidence to challenge both business and suppliers in a constructive way
• Ability to drive initiatives independently and create momentum across teams
